  Welsh Camp June 2012 update

  Please find enclosed Kit list if you did not pick one up at parents eve,

  • NO MOBILE PHONES ALLOWED ON CAMP (Mr Dean will have a mobile you can ring at anytime)
  • The total baggage will need to be carried by you off the coach to the site so pack what you can carry
  • £25 spending money – Keep £5 on you and ‘bank’ the rest on the day of departure with your group leader
  • £5 will be needed for the charity shop to purchase fancy dress for the charity disco! (Items will be returned the next day and donated back again)
  • 20p pieces for the shower (1 a day keeps the bugs away!)
  • Any medication required handed to your team leader on arrival to school
  • Day bag for off site activities i.e. a small rucksack
  • A couple of bin bags to bring the dirty wet clothes home with some labels
  • A pen
  • Water bottle
  • Sleeping bag
  • Pillow
  • Torch with spare batteries
  • Wash bag with soap and toothpaste and brush
  • 2 towels (1 for drying, 1 for using)
  • Water resistant factor 30+ sun cream
  • Pyjamas
  • Wind and water proof coat
  • Water proof trousers (optional)
  • Sun hat
  • Wellington boots – you will not be able to do some activities if you do not bring these
  • Warm sweater for the evenings
  • Swimming costume
  • Trainers to climb in that lace up
  • Wet trainers (they need to be old but substantial enough to do wet activities in and will remain wet all week)
  • 6 pairs of socks
  • Under garments
  • 3 pairs of tracksuit style trousers for activities (no jeans will be allowed)
  • 3 long sleeve tops
  • Social clothing for running around in

  We will not take any responsibility for expensive items like MP3 players or cameras
