House System
Students are allocated to a mentor group of between 15-18 students with an adult mentor.
The Mentor groups are organised vertically, with students from years 7 to 11 in each group.
Mentor groups have a small number of students from each year group in them thus enabling effective guidance, individual information and support along with advice at important transition times during the academic year.
Students see their mentor every day for 30 minutes either in a mentor-led session or assembly.
Each mentor group is located within one of our four Houses named after Sussex Castles:
Arundel
Bodiam
Lewes
Pevensey
The Houses are led by House Leaders who are available all day, every day, to offer support and guidance and where necessary seek and coordinate outside agency support.
House Leaders are always happy to meet with Parents/Carers to discuss any concerns.
